Minutes of the Highland Pony Society Council Meeting

(Ratified on 11 August 2009) 

Thursday 25 June 2009  

12 out of 15 Councillors were present. 

WelcomeThe President warmly welcomed all Councillors, particularly those newly appointed, each of whom completed Appointment Forms for Companies House.

Late Registrations Applications for the late registration of two foals born in 2007 were approved. 

Royal Show Expenses In addition to previously approved expenses for the Southern Publicity Committee to host a stand at the 2009 Royal Show, further funding was approved for the member providing the pony for the stand throughout the show.  

Royal Highland Show Publicity Stand New Councillors added their names to the duty rota for the Highland Pony Society’s stand. Help was requested to pack and record the stock being collected for the Southern Publicity Group late on the Sunday afternoon. 

Stock Judging Three additional Councillors agreed to help at the Stock Judging Competition. 

Next Meeting The first Council meeting of the new session would be held on Tuesday 11 August 2009 at which the programme of meetings for the year would be discussed and agreed.
