As part of the Southern Highland Pony Show which takes place during Equifest in the East of England Showground at Peterborough, a Southern Stallion Show will take place on Sunday 22 August 2010 at approximately 1200hrs. It will provide an excellent opportunity for mare owners to compare and contrast quality, active stallions as they are paraded together and spectators will be very welcome. Further information can be obtained from Linda Impey Tel: 01371 820706 A free catalogue with general information on all the stallions parading will be given to spectators. On the understanding that their stallions will take visiting mares in the 2011 season, stallion owners will receive a grant from the Highland Pony Society of £100 per stallion paraded.
